Spaghetti Towers! 
An educational lesson which teaches students the basic principles of engineering, while also learning language such as shapes, sizes and materials. Students compete to build the tallest tower then present their construction to the class. The lesson is concluded with a Question and Answer session about their experience where students must evaluate their experience stating what they learned and what they would same or differently next time.
